After connecting our analytics platform via API, we'll see a list of events and properties. For this example, I am choosing events like "first session" and "homepage" with the trigger of "onboarding churn prediction." This setup allows us to target fresh users with push notifications to explain the core features of the product. The segment will also help minimize user churn and alert developers about users at risk.

Now let's go into this segment to create our notification. For this example, I’ve already created multiple versions in different languages, but we'll focus on the English ones. We see that they all convey the same idea, but the actual text differs. In the ideal CRM and lifecycle world, you constantly need to test multiple content versions, leaving the one that drives the most engagement.
